My transfer is delayed — what do I do?
Most transfers are instant. If one is pending, check your transaction history for status. If it has not cleared within a few minutes, contact support with the reference number.
How do I reset my PIN or password?
Go to Settings → Security in the app. You will re-verify your identity before setting a new PIN or password.
How do I increase my limits?
Complete a higher KYC tier by adding your BVN or NIN under Settings → Verification.
